Chuck Fleischmann is a fiscal and social conservative who is the congressman-elect from Tennessee's 3rd Congressional District.
Chuck received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois. He received a B.A. in Political Science and minored in history. He received both Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude honors. After graduation, Chuck attended law school at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville where he received his J.D. After graduating from law school, Chuck moved to Chattanooga. In 1987, he founded his law firm, Fleischmann and Fleischmann, where he works with his wife.
Chuck has been married to his wife, Brenda M. Fleischmann, for 24 years. They have three sons: Chuckie, Jamie and Jeffrey. Chuck lives in Ooltewah and works in downtown Chattanooga.
Chuck has served on the Board of the Cherokee Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He has also served on the board of FACES, which is the National Craniofacial Association. He is the past president of the Chattanooga Bar Association, and has served as chairman of the Chattanooga Lawyers Pro Bono Committee. He was also the host of his own radio show - the "Chuck Fleischmann Show".
