The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has struck at the very foundation of Obamacare with their ruling that the individual mandate requirement of the law is unconstitutional. This is an important ruling for those of us who believe Obamacare is a bad law and needs to be repealed. We know the case will ultimately be decided by the United States Supreme Court.

The latest jobs numbers are slightly better than had been expected. The good news is the economy added 117,000 jobs and unemployment dropped to 9.1 percent. The bad news is that the Labor Department says the reason the unemployment rate dropped .1 percent is because many unemployed Americans have simply stopped looking for work

In fact, he said the American people don't vote based on issues like that. I don’t believe that is true. The unemployment rate is something that affects every one of us. We all have a family member, a friend or a neighbor who is out of work and can't find a job regardless of their efforts.
